Stocklytics (hereinafter referred to as “App”) is owned and operated by Infonotics Software Solutions (“the proprietorship”)
By accessing this App, the users undertake to have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of the following disclaimer and user agreement:
The proprietorship provides a platform to learn different valuation methods of stocks through the App. The valuation reports on the App are computer generated and are limited for practice and understanding only, and not BUY or SELL recommendation from the proprietorship or its management. The proprietorship advises the users to check with duly registered and qualified advisors before taking any investment decision. The proprietorship does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any information and is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information. The proprietorship specially states that it has no financial liability whatsoever to any user on account of the use of information provided on the App.
The proprietorship is not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of the pages or on any external links on any of the pages on the App. The proprietorship does not endorse any advertisers through the App. The users are requested to verify the veracity of all information on their own before undertaking any alliance.

The information on the App is updated from time to time. The App however excludes any warranties (whether expressed or implied), as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, fitness or any of the contents of the App, including (but not limited) to any data, comments, feedback and advertisements contained within the App.

The App contains material in the form of inputs submitted by users and the proprietorship accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such content, nor does it make any representations by virtue of the contents of the App in respect of the existence or availability of any goods and services advertised in the contributory sections. The proprietorship makes no warranty that the contents of the App are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof.

Part of the App contains advertising and other material submitted to the proprietorship by third parties. Kindly note that those advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the App complies with all legal requirements. Although acceptance of advertisements on the App is subject to the proprietorship’s terms and conditions which are available on request, it does not accept liability in respect of any advertisements.

There are risks associated with utilizing internet, email and short messaging system (SMS) based information and research dissemination services. Users are advised to understand that the services can fail due to failure of hardware, software, and Internet connection. While we ensure that the messages are delivered in time to the users Mobile Network, the delivery of these messages to the user's mobile phone/handset is the responsibility of the user's Mobile Network. SMS may be delayed and/or not delivered to the user's mobile phone/handset on certain occasions, owing to technical reasons that can only be addressed by the user's Mobile Network, and the proprietorship or any group companies associated with it and/or its employees cannot be held responsible for the same.

The proprietorship hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction. The proprietorship considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Pune in India. If the user does not agree with any of the disclaimers herein, the user must refrain from accessing the App. The proprietorship reserves the right to make changes to the App and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time.

STOCK TRADING IS INHERENTLY RISKY AND THE USERS AGREE TO ASSUME COMPLETE AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OUTCOMES OF ALL TRADING DECISIONS THAT THEY MAKE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF CAPITAL. THE VALUATION REPORTS AND DATA ARE ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF UNDERSTANDING AND LEARNING THE VALUATION METHODOLOGIES. NONE OF THESE DATA SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY OR SELL SECURITIES, NOR ADVICE TO DO SO. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THESE BE USED AS THE BASIS FOR ACTUAL TRADING. The proprietorship encourages all users to use the information on the App as a resource only to further their own research on all featured companies, stocks, sectors, markets and information presented on the App. The user should consult a qualified broker or other financial advisor prior to making any actual investment or trading decisions. No materials on the App, which may have been uploaded either on behalf of the proprietorship, any of its associated app should be taken as investment advice (as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013), directly, indirectly, implicitly, or in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to trading of stocks on a short term or long term basis, or trading of any financial instruments whatsoever.

The user agrees to not make actual stock trades based on comments on the App, nor on any techniques presented or discussed on the App or any other form of information presentation, without independently consulting with duly registered and qualified advisors. All information is for educational and informational use only. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. If the user chooses to engage in such transactions with or without seeking advice from a licensed and qualified financial advisor or entity, then such decision and any consequences flowing therefrom are his sole responsibility.

The App may operate a real time chat room intended to provide a private forum for users to exchange information and to discuss various investing techniques. The user agrees that, by accessing this or any associated site, the App bears no liability for any postings on it or any actions of its associate sites. The proprietorship reserves the right to deny its services to anyone. The user, and not the proprietorship, assumes the entire cost and risk of any trading that the user chooses to undertake.

The information and commentaries are not meant to be an endorsement or offering of any stock purchase. They are meant to be a guide only, which must be tempered by the investment experience and independent decision making process of the subscriber. The App or any employees are in no way liable for the use of the information by others in investing or trading in investment vehicles utilizing the principles disclosed herein.
